About the Recipe


  1. EVOO

  2. 3 onions cut lengthwise

  3. 1kg meat cut lengthwise

  4. 4 packets of fresh mushroom cleaned and chopped

  5. Coconut cream

  6. 2 spoons of Celery pulp from my daily celery juice 

  7. 1 spoon of Emm s done (around 1 hour)

  8. Almond milk if needed (added half a cup)


  1. Start with EVOO

  2. Add the onions and saute for few minutes, or until the onions begin to brown.

  3. Then add the meat stir for few minutes and add the spices

  4. And of course don’t forget to grate fresh ginger & turmeric.

  5. Once the water of the meat is absorbed, add the chopped mushrooms and stir for few minutes

  6. Then add the celery, coconut cream and peanut butter and stir till meat is done (around 1 hour)

  7. You may add almond milk if needed (added half a cup)
