Who says salads are boring? Today our recipe is how to transform your simple SALAD into something tasty and nutritious!


My daily salad nowadays includes the below same ingredients BUT with a different twist everyday 😊

1. Lettuce

2. Cucumbers

3. Sun-dried tomatoes 

4. Fresh mushrooms


5. Spring onions

6. Fresh lemon juice


8. Salt

The twist added every day depends on my preference on that particular day 😊
Add a small spoon of any of Emm Daniel’s savory dips.

My favorites to add to salads are the magical celery pesto and the mouth-watering spicy olives et voila the secret to giving your salad some zest!
